Naugatuck – Single Family

When we first arrived at this house we had to enter by crawling in through a basement window. Inside we found an extensively fire-damaged house littered with old furniture. We knew that we had a challenging project ahead.

We completely gutted this house to give us a clean slate to work with. As part of this project, we added a half bath and an additional bedroom. The kitchen was enlarged, a new porch was added, flooring replace, sump pump installed. On the exterior we replaced the siding, partial roof, gutters, driveway, and re-landscaped.

In the end, we created a spacious house with an open floor plan.
