This house was our most extensive rehabilitation project to date, with a roughly $225k project budget. We transformed this home from a well-worn property into a beautiful bright house.
When we acquired the property, we enlisted the help of an architect to help us transform it into a modern home. As part of this project, we replaced the kitchen, adding an additional 250 sq. feet, and installed a new half bathroom/laundry room.
In order to transform this house, our team had to pour a new foundation for the kitchen and take the majority of the house down to the studs. Everything in the house was replaced as part of this project. Inside we replaced the fixtures, walls, flooring, electrical, and HVAC systems. On the outside, we replaced the siding, windows, and roof. The property was professionally landscaped, and a new driveway was installed.
