New Britain – Single Family

When we acquired the property it was previously lived in by smokers for 60 years. As part of the project, we mitigated the smoke odor and damage; by repainting the entire interior. The interior ceilings had to be replaced due to water damage caused by a failed roof. The master bathroom was completed remodeled, and the second bathroom and kitchen were cosmetically remodeled. The kitchen cabinets were refinished. Carpeting was lifted and hardwood floors were refinished.

On the outside we replaced the roof, repainted the siding, repointed a chimney, and refinished a patio.
